This is a broad, practical role suited to someone comfortable working autonomously in an SME environment, using Xero and Excel as core tools. You will manage transactional finance, compliance, reporting, and financial analysis, while also overseeing certain operational financial responsibilities typical of a growing manufacturing business. Management Accounting & Analysis - Preparation of monthly management accounts

Operational & Administrative Oversight - Responsibility for all company insurance policies
- Oversight of company vehicles, including tax, insurance, MOTs and servicing schedules
Systems & Collaboration - Maintain accurate financial records within Xero
- Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and financial modelling
- Liaise with external accountants as required
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support financial discipline and insight
Candidate Profile - Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or strong QBE with relevant experience
- Experience in an SME environment, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational business
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate numbers into insight
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- High attention to detail, with a practical, solutions-focused approach

February 2026- GRP PRODUCTS INSTALLER – 2 Positions available Generally working on sites all over the UK but particularly in and around Central London. GRP Safety Limited urgently require installers of their GRP product range. The majority of the installation works are concentrated on GRP flooring and profiles installed in service riser applications. You should have a clean driving licence and preferably a current CSCS / SSSTS card and PASMA certification (although training can be given). The positions are suited to individuals with a good knowledge of construction industry related installation works. Must have a good general hands on approach and from a background of either GRP products or carpentry is required. You will be required to liaise with the client regarding designs and drawings etc. and be able to manage a team of fellow installers / labourers. Must be capable of working on own initiative to technical drawings, within tight time constraints. Salary dependent on experience but excellent potential earnings for the right candidate. Generally office based at our works in Earith, Cambridgeshire. The Sales Coordinator role entails dealing with sales and project enquiries on a day to day basis via telephone and email. Working in support of the Sales Manager, the role will encompass a range of interesting and varied duties and responsibilities as part of a hard working close knit team. Requirement to raise quotations from inquiries that can include drawings, speaking with the client to ensure a full understanding of their applications and to advise on suitable products and services from the GRP Safety range. In addition, processing of orders and overseeing ongoing projects, which could include site visits. Experience and technical skills required: - Ideally 3+ years Sales Admin experience ideally in a similar role.

GRP Safety are looking for a Warehouse assistant to work alongside the warehouse manager. Main Duties: Cutting materials to size, using machines and power tools. Reading and understanding job sheets. Packing finished jobs for dispatch and loading onto courier vans. Fork lift usage (forklift licence preferable but not essential). Keeping warehouse tidy and organised, stock checking and reporting to Production Manager. Qualifications – Good working knowledge of maths and English essential. Ideally full clean driving licence and ideally have experience in the use of saws and site work but not essential as training will be given. Must be able to undertake a physically demanding role.
