 | Project overview: GRP Safety were called in by Morgan Sindall to install translucent grating in three atriums at a new £37.5 million Education & Leisure Facility in Littleport, Cambridgeshire |
 | The atriums that totalled over a 100 m2 allow for viewing from 1st floor to the ground floor area and the translucent GRP grating was chosen to be strong enough to allow maintenance personnel to walk on but to still allow lots of light to pass through. GRP structural supports were also installed to be able to support the grating panels. Project was completed in 7 days just in time for the building to opened on time. |
