GRP Pultruded Profiles - Description
![]() | GRP Pultruded Structural profiles are exceptionally strong and are designed for a variety of different uses. The fibreglass pultruded profiles come in a variety of different shapes and sizes and all are constructed from high quality materials. All stock GRP structural profiles are made from isophthalic polyester resin reinforced with E glass fibre rovings for the ultimate strength. A final surface veil is incorporated to offer UV protection and corrosion and chemical resistancy. All profiles with a 5mm wall thickness meet the E23 grade performance requirement of the BS EN 13706 standard (covering the specification of GRP pultruded profiles). Profiles with a wall thickness of 3-4.9mm meets the E17 grade. Stock profiles are available in a maximum 6 metre lengths and can be cut to suit your application. Profiles generally come in a choice of two colours, Grey or Yellow. |

All that is needed is a sketch giving details of the shape and we will be able to offer a cost for bespoke tooling and profile cost. Virtually any one directional shape can be made via the pultrusion method, regardless of size or complexity. |
