GRP Step Over Platforms For BAM Construction- October 2025
| GRP Safety were called in to complete the final works at Yeovil College in Somerset for BAM Construction. The project was some of the last works completed at the site on the roof area at the college. There were various plant and equipment that did not allow for safe passage around the areas. GRP Safety installed elevated GRP Grating walkways with a 38mm thick anti slip top surface grating around the plant. GRP Anti slip contrasting Stair Nosing’s were added to highlight the start of the walkway. Other free standing GRP Step overs were fabricated and placed in several areas over cable trays running on the floor to offer safe walking areas.

| Works were completed in approx. 5 days and complimented the previous works under taken by us. These included our bespoke GRP RiserGrid systems including GRP Grating and GRP support profiles. These materials were installed in various service risers at the College in an earlier visit this year.
